BVA (Bachelor of Visual Arts), as the name suggests, it is related to drawings, paintings, printing, photography, calligraphy, animation, and sculptures. Students who are not interested in science or medicine and want to do something interesting and creative can opt for this course. This 3-year course is a creative study that involves practical and artistic subjects.
Visual Arts course hones one’s artistic skills, provides intricate and depth training in various art forms. The vital requisites for this course are basic drawing skills, creativity, and observation skill. Many jobs are available in the creative sectors like in Art studios, film industry, photography studios, Advertising, etc.
Eligibility Criteria for BVA

Aspirants should have cleared Class 10th and 12th with 45% or 50% aggregate marks from any recognized College/University.

Aspirants should be 17 or above during admission.

As BVA is a unique course, many colleges conduct their entrance exam to test the drawing skills of the students. Some colleges take students based on their 12th score.

Some of the entrance exams are the Delhi University entrance exam, Banaras Hindu University Entrance Examination, Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU) Entrance Exam, etc.
