A popular course, PB BSc Nursing (Post Basic) is a two-year undergraduate program for aspirants who want to join the nursing domain in the healthcare sector. It is a two years degree course imparting knowledge of nursing care and working alongside doctors. This also includes learning surgical and non-surgical skill sets.
Nurses are responsible for the ultimate care and maintenance once the doctor has handled the immediate or surgical part. Today nursing is a fine choice as a career and has many ethical and professional values associated with it.
The admission process to the discipline remains subjected to the entrance exam marks accepted by specific colleges and universities. The only basic eligibility is that the students have to pass their 12th boards with a certificate in GNM or General Nursing and Midwifery and also should be a member of Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM).
