Overview
PES University was previously known as the PES Institute of Technology. After acquiring University standards from the Karnataka Government in 2013, the name was changed. It is run by the People's Education Society (PES). It gives undergraduate degrees to Ph.D. courses. Also, it is ranked as one of the top Universities in India for excellence in Engineering education.

Eligibility
Candidates must have qualified PUC or 12th grade or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized board with Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and English as compulsory subjects.
